Istvan Franz von Habsburg-Lothringen is an entrepreneurer, adviser ad academic, based in Luxembourg but with interests and engagement spanning across three continents.
His had a legal and engineering background, holding a BA in law, coupled with significant experiences. In the years 2008-2013 he served as secretary general of the administration of HRH the Grand Duke of Luxembourg. In 2013-2014 he has been a resident senior fellow at the Center for Transatlantic Relations at SAIS Johns Hopkins University, Washington, DC (USA).
He is the leader of IOSH, which is global organization, dating back to 1695, active in nature conservation projects. He is also active in advisory and consulting for formative purposes, organizing seminars and courses. He is CEO of a company (Arvon SA) focusing on such areas and on partnerships with selected EU institutions and programs.
