Giorgio Battaglia
Research Assistant
Giorgio Battaglia is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy at Duke Kunshan in Kunshan, China.
After having spent part of his early years in Washington D.C., Giorgio graduated from the International Scientific Lyceum with Chinese language option at the Convitto Nazionale Vittorio Emanuele II in Rome. This experience has enabled him to explore Chinese language and culture by being able to live in China as well as study at the High School Affiliated to Jiatong University in Shanghai, China.
During his first years at university, Giorgio has gathered experience as a strategy and business development intern at FinTech and Healthcare startups.
Giorgio is a certified Sport Climbing instructor and Alpinist and has reached the summits of Mont Blanc and surrounding peaks.
