Daniela Skendaj
Daniela Skendaj is an Italian/Albanian lawyer, currently supporting the Economic Advisor to the Minister for Economic Development for the National Industrial Vaccine Production and the pharmaceutical sector.
She has dedicated many years to serve the public sector from an outsider’s point of view, developing mainly competencies in the field of International Relations with a focus on business development.
Amongst the key projects followed for the Italian State, there has been relevant negotiations leading to the sign of the new Agreement to avoid double taxation between Italy and R.P. of China (2019), the sign of the general agreement between Ministries of Finances of Italy and China (2018) and the organization and negotiation of several topics discussed in the First Financial Dialogue between Italy and China (2019).
She had past roles at SNAM (The Italian biggest utility of Gas Infrastructures) she covered the position of senior adviser for International Relations (2019-2020); at the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Italy Relations at the Cabinet of the Minister (2018 – 2019); at the University of Rome Tor Vergata (2018) and at the Italian National School of Administration (Prime Minister’s Offices)”.
